If Trump Were Real About Illegal Immigration

We already have laws on the books that would stop the flow of illegal aliens into America. We are being told that Trump could write some signing statement of some type or that Tom Homan needs to go full out in tracking down these people.

The real problem is that the employers are not held accountable to this law referenced. The employers take advantage of lower wages and make lip service to the “Americans won’t work” BS.

This is all simply a race to the bottom in wages where the owners and management of these American companies are the biggest culprits. So, just brush off the dust from the law and do your job. Problem solved.

If everyone thinks that the Orange Caesar should write a signing statement or executive order, then have him write an EO that forces all employers to use E-Verify.

It’s being forced down our throats, anyway, so use it. Make every employer use e-verify and ensure everyone they hire is legal. If they are not and the employer employs them:

Go raid the workplaces. All of them. The one that is American? He or she is good. The others? If they passed E-Verify then arrest and deport the employee -- and bar them permanently for felony identity theft along with their illegal entry.

If the E-Verify control number isn't there or its fraudulent then everyone in the executive suite of the company goes to prison for five years per employee per 8 USC 1324(a)(3) and the illegal(s) get deported.

People try to evade this using 1099s? Nope; anyone paying people on 1099s must either (1) run E-Verify for each person they pay on a 1099 or (2) use a job shop which they identify and the job shop must E-Verify each and every person.

If the job shop cheats imprison all of their executives.

And by the way, if any of those illegals who were brought in by these employers harm or kill someone, the employers is held responsible:

(iv) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18, or both.

There is ample means of stopping illegal immigration, primarily promoted by business ventures looking for the lowest possible wage. But can we believe a business man POTUS will actually carry out such an endeavor?

Not if they are jewish business men.
